What the beta stores and why.
This policy describes the data used to run UltimatePlay. Because the service is in beta, operational practices may evolve as the platform matures.
UltimatePlay collects account information provided by your login provider, including identifiers such as email address, display name, avatar image, and provider user ID. We also store game uploads, prompts, shared chat links, moderation state, and vote activity.
We use this information to authenticate users, operate uploads and playback, generate thumbnails, moderate submissions, show creator attribution, prevent abuse, and improve the product during beta.
UltimatePlay uses third-party infrastructure providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Cloudflare for object storage, CDN, and worker execution. These providers may process operational logs and request metadata as part of running the service.
Games that are published, along with titles, prompts, thumbnails, and shared chat links, may be visible to other users of the platform. Do not submit sensitive personal information in upload fields or game content.
We may retain account and submission records for security, moderation, legal compliance, and service operations. Rejected or unpublished content may remain in internal systems for audit or abuse-prevention purposes.
