This resulting game was the result of a few additional passes, bug fixes, and changes. But this was the initial prompt used for version 1:

I want you to think of, outline, and implement a Nuclear Reactor simulation game that is contained within a single HTML file.
The game will be scientifically detailed and in-depth, the loop will consist of electricity orders from nearby towns and factories that you will get paid for completing. Money earned will be spent towards running and maintenance costs for your powerplant, employee pay, etc.

The control interface will be made with a 2.5D ascetic, and will have everything needed to correctly manage your reactor, produce power, and meet quotas.
The game will not be a simple set of buttons with labels, but a full control interface. Including buttons, levers, gauges, lights, graphs, etc.
