01make a standalone incremental game, it is a game about real state simulation, so i need to buy houses to either rent or sell, if i want to sell i have to either renovate the house, so add a % of how renovated the house is, the more i need to renovate the more it cost but the more it can potentially sell for more, or i can hold to it and hope the house market grows and the house value increases on its own, if i want to rent, the house must be good to be able to rent for higher prices, the lower the price and the higher the quality of the house the easier to rent and the opposite is true, also for selling, make costumers haggle, add taxes and other expenses monthly, and on sale, so i can actually make mistakes and actually fail and lose all my money, visually make it simple and minimalistic with a pixel art like style use emojis to represent items and etc and a pixel like font, CoFo Sans Pixel from google fonts is a good one. Any other ideas to make the game better or more fun are welcome give different types of houses to buy, make sure the sell value can be, not always, but it can be higher than the price you bought the house for, and the renovation price isnt so high you can't do it. Have tiers of houses basically, and the worse the house condition the cheaper to buy (and sell, and rent), add market desirability, and any other cool features you can think of. Save it as "A Small Real State Tycoon.html". add a secret neon skateboard that appears with a very low chance to buy for 1M and generates 69$ a month as a passive. And a gpu pickup that costs 50$ that has a even lower chance and generates 150$ every month
